Naoteru Honda founded HH JapaNeeds as a Japanese language training school in Nagoya. Before starting the school, he experienced the difficulty of building a business and continuing it through uncertain times. During that period, learning English at a language school helped him regain confidence and showed him how powerful language learning can be.
